Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is free from signs of wear or perfumes.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
